Comrades,
I intend, very soon, to design a map of our glorious capital, Arzhav, located in the province of Haquun.
However, I need your input as to what street names, rivers, parks, museums, national monuments, and so forth should be called. Additionally I need some idea of what cultural monuments should be located in the city centre.
Of course, I am including the Great Kuural, government offices, and all usual amenities such as train stations, an airport, military installations, hospitals, and soforth.
Street names:
I'm thinking maybe commemorating the names of some famous Tuvan and Mongol communists or names of cities there, as well as incorporating some unique Kazari names- perhaps after a famous fictional character in Kazar's history?
e.g
Choibalsan, Anchimaa-toka, Ulaanhot, Erenhot, Damdinbataar, Saynshand, Bayannur, Ulanhu, Haidav, Tsedenbal, Buyanmandu, Dashnyam, Davga, Ichinhuurlu...
Landmarks
Perhaps a Khan's palace or Buddhist Monastery, formerly owned by the opressors, now owned by the People as a Museum
The tomb of former Comrades in the struggle for freedom?
Monumental Soviet sculptures such as a memorial to fallen soldiers
But remember that Kazar is not a Mongolian micronation. Mongolian is possibly the closest cultural variant we have on Earth, but we are unique. Our capital city should certainly represent that. Also, our capital should be a beautiful place for the masses- not the drab, concrete megacities so many of us view all Soviet towns to be.
Anyway, have a think, Comrades
