Call out in unison, my Comrade citizens! Words by M. Makmaduular
Sung to the tune of the National Anthem of the Soviet Union.

Sadly I couldn't find a good instrumental version of the Soviet Anthem- but just try scanning the lyrics below over the Russian ones in the above video.
1: Oh land of Kazar, so blessed and free The soul of the nation calls out to me, Workers and Soldiers united as one, Defending the motherland which we have won
CHORUS: Call out in unison, my comrade citizens! Kazari people, horsemen of the plains, Rejoice as we hold the reins, Of a red future- all fellow workers, Wave our flag with soviet pride!
2: See my resolve, so strong and so bold, Confronting the hardship of times of old, The Kuural stands proud, our chairman aloud demands back from autocrats our nation’s soul!
CHORUS: Call out in unison, my comrade citizens! Kazari people, horsemen of the plains, Rejoice as we hold the reins, Of a red future- all fellow workers, Wave our flag with soviet pride!
3: As I see my land, so proud and so grand, Socialist zeal shall we now expand! My sisters and brothers, fathers and mothers, Let’s build the future that Marx has planned!
CHORUS: Call out in unison, my comrade citizens! Kazari people, horsemen of the plains, Rejoice as we hold the reins, Of a red future- all fellow workers, Wave our flag with soviet pride!
Tell me what you think, Comrades- if it's a success we should make a Kazari one. In Solidarity, M. Makmaduular

Not bad. I'm not good at making up tunes, so I think yours is probably the best.

Thanks, Comrade Shall we include this in the National Symbols section of the constitution, or is it not worth legislating as part of the constitution? Either way, I'll write the Kazari lyrics soon.

I'm not sure if it would apply as a symbol. Perhaps it should be listed under Article VIII as part of the cultural material.

... and the lyrics and soforth placed in the appendices of the constitution, along with other images and so forth? I'll try and find an instrumental version we can use.
